I have finally cracked my first two assignments, last night we had two photographers from the local regional paper in to give a lecture and then they went through our images, and they chose the same four I had chosen in each of the two categories and my tutor gave me a pat on the back and told me that I had got it in the bag, I am really pleased, I had to get 111 images in one category down to 20 then 10 then final 4 and the images in the other category down from 127 to 47 to 20 to 4, its been hard to rule out some images and favour others but my choices were backed up by the press photographers, so I feel that I have just about got it right.
Deadline to hand in is looming but I am pretty pleased with my efforts and dont feel that I could have done any better, fingers crossed that I get a good mark...
